Terms of Service.

These terms are a contract between you and Wensity Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India on 27 July 2026 under CIN U62013UW2026PTC256410, with its registered office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this document “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person or organisation using the Service.

The “Service” means ui.wensity.com, wensity.com, the Wensity UI component library, the blocks and templates, the Wensity CLI, and the registry API that serves them. Using any part of it means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company. Browsing the component gallery does not require an account. Buying a plan or a template, using the CLI against premium source, or issuing an API token does. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your API tokens private, and for everything that happens under your account. If you believe a token has leaked, revoke it from your dashboard and tell us.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account, and the details you give us must be accurate. One account belongs to one person. Team seats exist precisely so that colleagues do not have to share a login, and sharing credentials to avoid buying seats is a breach of these terms.

When you install a component, block, or template, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use that source code within your own products, on the tier you hold at the time of download. The licence covers the code you have already received and does not expire if you later stop paying, although continued access to new or updated source does depend on an active plan.

• Free covers personal projects, learning, prototypes, and open-source work that is not sold.
• Pro covers commercial use by one developer, across unlimited projects, whether they are your own products or work delivered to a client.
• Team covers commercial use by up to the number of seats on your plan. A seat is one named developer, and seats can be reassigned when someone leaves.

Within your tier you may read, edit, refactor, extend, and ship the code. You may compile it into a closed-source product, deploy it for paying customers, and keep using it after your plan lapses. The CLI writes real files into your repository on purpose: once the code lands, it is yours to maintain, and nothing we publish later can change or break what you already shipped.

The licence covers using the code in products. It does not cover redistributing the code itself. Specifically, you may not:

• Repackage the components or templates, modified or unmodified, and sell or give them away as a component library, UI kit, theme, or template marketplace listing. That is our product, not yours.
• Publish the premium source to a public repository, npm, a registry, a Discord server, a course, or anywhere else it can be obtained without a licence from us.
• Share your account, API tokens, or download links with people who are not covered by your seat count.
• Use the Wensity name, logo, or wordmark in a way that suggests we built, endorse, or support your product, without written permission. Saying that your product uses Wensity UI is fine.
• Use the source to train a model whose purpose is to reproduce or substitute for Wensity UI.

We keep the copyright and every other intellectual property right in the Service and in the source we license to you. You keep everything you build with it, including your own modifications. If you break the rules in this section, the licence for the affected code ends, and we may suspend your account. We would much rather send an email first, and usually will.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, applies any sales tax, VAT, or GST your jurisdiction requires, and issues the invoice. We never see or store your card details.

Component plan and template purchases are final. These are digital goods delivered as source code immediately on payment, and once the files are in your repository they cannot be returned. That is why every component has a live preview and free components exist: check before you buy. If something is genuinely broken, materially different from what was advertised, or you were charged twice, email us and we will fix it, refund included. We would rather resolve a real problem than defend a policy.

Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not charge a cancellation fee. If a price changes, existing subscribers are given at least 30 days notice before the new price applies to them.

The rules here are short because they are obvious. While using the Service, do not:

• Scrape the site or the registry API at a rate that degrades it for other people, or attempt to bulk-download source you have not licensed.
• Probe, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass authentication, licensing, or billing checks.
• Impersonate Wensity or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
• Use the Service to store or distribute malware, or to build a product whose purpose is unlawful.

We apply rate limits to the API and the CLI to keep the Service stable. If we see behaviour that puts the Service or other users at risk, we may throttle or suspend access, with notice where it is practical to give it and without notice where it is not. Security research is welcome as long as it is not destructive: email hey@wensity.com before and after you test anything.

Professional services, including design work, engineering work, and retainers, are governed by a separate statement of work signed by both parties before the engagement starts. That document controls scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment schedule, intellectual property ownership, and confidentiality for the work it describes. Nothing on this page overrides a signed statement of work, and nothing said in a sales conversation, an email thread, or a proposal deck creates an obligation until it is in that document. We work to keep the site, the registry, and the CLI available, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee on self-serve plans. We may add, change, or remove components, blocks, templates, and features. Because the CLI copies source into your repository rather than serving it at runtime, changes on our side never reach code you have already installed. If we retire something you have licensed, you keep the copy you downloaded, and we will give reasonable notice before removing it from the catalogue so you can pull a final copy.

Planned maintenance is rare and short, and we will announce anything that takes the registry offline for a meaningful period. We may also need to change infrastructure providers, update dependency versions, or adjust how the CLI authenticates. Where a change requires action on your side, such as reissuing an API token, we will say so clearly in the release notes and in email to affected account holders rather than letting a build break without explanation.

The Service and all source code are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We test what we ship and we care about it, but we cannot promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for your specific case, and we are not responsible for how the code behaves once you have modified it. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you ship to production.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wensity Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if we are required to by law. Where the breach can be fixed, we will normally tell you and give you a reasonable chance to fix it first. On termination your access to the site, the registry, and the CLI ends, but your licence to source you have already downloaded and paid for survives, along with sections 4, 9, 10, and 13. Deleting your account does not refund an unused period.

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, the “last updated” date at the top of the page moves, and material changes are announced here. For changes that meaningfully affect your rights or what you pay, we will email account holders at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service; the licence to source you already hold is not affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the courts having jurisdiction over Wensity Private Limited's registered office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Before filing anything, please email us: almost every disagreement we have had was a misunderstanding that took one message to clear up. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with any signed statement of work and the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between us.
